Guotai Fund Management Co., Ltd. announced that the secondary market trading price of its NASDAQ 100 exchange-traded open-end index securities investment fund is significantly higher than the reference net asset value of the fund shares, resulting in a significant premium. In order to safeguard the interests of investors, the fund will be suspended from trading starting from the opening of the market on April 9, 2026 until 10:30 on the same day.
