Chunxing Precision: Intends to transfer equity in Chunxing India to Credicon Asset Management Pvt. Ltd.

Chunxing Precision Engineering announced that the company holds 100% equity of CX Precision Mechanical PVT LTD through direct and indirect means. In order to further optimize the company's asset structure, it plans to transfer the aforementioned equity to Credicon Asset Management Pvt. Ltd., and recently signed a "Conditional Terms List" with them.
