Wen Fan, Party Secretary and Executive Vice President of the Red Cross Society in Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province, is under investigation.

According to the Yunnan Honghe State Discipline Inspection Commission, Wen Fan, secretary of the Party Committee and executive vice president of the Honghe State Red Cross Society, is suspected of serious violation of discipline and law, and has voluntarily surrendered himself. He is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Honghe State Discipline Inspection Commission.
