Yunnan Nengtou Announcement: In order to firmly seize the strategic development opportunities and promote the strengthening, optimization, and expansion of the company's new energy business, it has agreed to invest in the construction of the Changning Yuneng New Energy Co., Ltd. project, with a project installed capacity of 43.75MW and a total investment of 259 million yuan. The capital contribution for this project will be based on 20% of the total investment, with the remaining funds raised through bank loans and other debt financing methods.
