Hua Jian Group: Guosheng Group and Modern Group act in concert as one, together holding 19.11% of the company's shares.

Announcement of Hua Jian Group: On April 7, 2026, Guosheng Group, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's equity, acquired 90% of the equity of Modern Group through non-monetary transfer, making Modern Group a subsidiary of Guosheng Group. According to the relevant provisions of the "Management Measures for the Acquisition of Listed Companies", Guosheng Group and Modern Group constitute a concerted action person, and their equity in the company should be calculated on a consolidated basis. After this equity change, the concerted action entity formed by Guosheng Group and Modern Group collectively holds 185 million shares of the company, accounting for 19.11% of the total share capital. This equity change will not result in changes to the controlling shareholder or actual controller of the company.
