Bohai Leasing Announcement: As of the first quarter of 2026, Avolon's fleet size is 1131 aircraft, including 591 owned aircraft, 34 managed aircraft, and 506 aircraft on order, serving 139 airline customers in 61 countries worldwide. In the quarter, 14 aircraft were acquired and 19 were sold, with agreements in place for the sale of 84 undelivered aircraft. 17 new technology aircraft leases were secured, with 85% of aircraft orders scheduled for delivery by the end of 2028 already leased. Additionally, 60 aircraft leasing transactions were signed, and approximately $21 billion in new unsecured debt financing was completed, including $15 billion in senior unsecured notes, a total of approximately $4.2 billion in unsecured loan facilities, and $1.5 billion in unsecured term loan facilities.
