China Carbon Neutrality and Shaanxi Lilin New Energy sign a strategic cooperation agreement.

China's carbon neutrality announcement stated that on March 29, 2026, the group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shaanxi Lihe New Energy Co., Ltd. Both parties will fully leverage their technological and industrial advantages in capital operation, carbon asset operation, channel resources, organic liquid hydrogen storage and transportation, as well as renewable energy, to jointly build a comprehensive chain of technologies covering green hydrogen production, safe storage and transportation, industrial decarbonization, and green materials, and help achieve the "dual carbon" goal.
