State Power Investment Corporation announced that the company plans to purchase 100% equity of Inner Mongolia Baiyinhua Coal-fired Power Co., Ltd. held by Inner Mongolia Company by issuing shares and paying cash, and raising supporting funds. The company has signed multiple agreements with Inner Mongolia Company before. According to the actual situation and relevant regulations, the part of the assets evaluated by market method in this transaction will be compensated for impairment. The company has signed a supplementary agreement to the Performance Compensation Agreement with Inner Mongolia Company, and the agreement complies with relevant regulations.
