Jingneng Thermal Power announced that Zhao Yibo, a shareholder with a stake of over 5%, released 2.35 million shares from pledge on April 3, 2026, accounting for 8.34% of his total holdings and 0.89% of the total share capital of the company; on the same day, he pledged 1.8 million shares, accounting for 6.39% of his total holdings and 0.68% of the total share capital of the company, with the pledge maturity date set for February 11, 2027, for counter-guarantee pledge. As of the announcement disclosure date, Zhao Yibo has pledged a total of 25.106 million shares, accounting for 89.06% of his total holdings and 9.52% of the total share capital of the company, without the risk of margin call, and the pledge risk is controllable.
