ST Colida announced that from the date of previous disclosure to the date of the announcement, the total amount of new lawsuits and arbitration cases involving the company and its subsidiaries amounts to 1.23 billion yuan, accounting for 16.52% of the latest audited net assets. The new cases involve disputes with China FAW Group and Beijing Urban Construction, relating to bankruptcy claims confirmation, construction project subcontracting contracts, etc. Some cases are still in the trial process, while others are awaiting trial. Progress has been made in some of the previously disclosed lawsuits and arbitration cases, with some cases already closed and others waiting for a second judgment or acceptance. Due to some cases not having been tried or judged yet, the impact on the company's profits cannot be determined at this time.
