Qingyun Technology announced that on April 7, 2026, Huang Yunsong, Lin Yuan, Guan Jue Network, and Yingwu Technology signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Zhongneng Guolian Investment Management Co., Ltd., transferring a total of 2.4139 million shares of unrestricted circulating shares of the company, accounting for 5.04% of the total share capital of the company, at a transfer price of RMB 52.71 per share, with a transfer price of RMB 127 million. After the transfer is completed, the total number of shares held by the disclosees will be 9.4416 million shares, accounting for 19.71% of the total share capital of the company.
