Kaili Corporation Announcement: The company has signed a "Purchase Intention Agreement" with Weitaisi Optoelectronics and its controlling shareholder Chen Huamin. The company plans to increase capital to Weitaisi Optoelectronics and purchase part of its shareholder's equity with cash to acquire not less than 51% of the target company's equity. After the completion of this transaction, Weitaisi Optoelectronics will become a subsidiary of the company.
