Guanghua Technology: revenue approaching 3 billion by 2025, changes in fundraising projects

Guanghua Technology announced that in 2024, the company's revenue was 2.589 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.09%, with a net loss of 205 million yuan, a decrease of 52.42% compared to the previous year; in 2025, revenue was 2.964 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.50%, with a net profit of 104 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 150.70%. In April 2025, the company terminated the "High-performance Lithium Battery Materials Project" and reallocated 280 million yuan to the "Specialized Chemical Materials Smart Manufacturing Project"; in October, it added wholly-owned subsidiary Guanghua Innovation as the main implementer of the project. In November 2024, the company was issued a warning letter by regulatory authorities for disclosure issues, which has now been rectified. As of December 31, 2025, the raised funds have not been fully utilized, and Orient Securities will continue to supervise.
