The registered capital of the joint venture company is 900 million yuan, with EVE Energy holding 80% of the shares and Longjing Environmental Protection holding 20%. The increase in registered capital in the later period will be decided through discussions based on the development of the joint venture company, with both parties increasing and paying according to their respective shareholding proportions. Longjing Environmental Protection's cumulative investment shall not exceed 240 million yuan.
