Hongfa Group announced that its controlling shareholder Yoge Investment and Xiamen Zhengyue Yufa have signed a "Share Transfer Agreement", planning to transfer the 77.38 million unrestricted tradable shares they hold to Zhengyue Yufa, accounting for 5.00% of the company's total share capital. The transfer price is 23.013 yuan per share, with a total transfer price of approximately 1.781 billion yuan.
