According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Jinzhi Variable Robot Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Ding Kan as the legal representative. The registered capital is 15 million RMB. The business scope includes the research and development of intelligent robots, sales of intelligent robots, manufacturing of industrial robots, and is jointly owned by Jinbei Automobile and Autonomous Variable Robot Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
