Shoukai Group established two commercial management companies in Beijing.

The Qichacha app shows that recently, Beijing Zhuodi Business Management Co., Ltd. and Beijing Langqi Business Management Co., Ltd. were established, with business scopes including enterprise management, non-residential real estate leasing, parking lot services, engineering management services, etc. According to Qichacha's equity penetration, both companies are wholly owned by Shoukai Holdings.
