Omdia: Global online video and TV revenue to exceed $1 trillion by 2030.

Maria Rua Aguete, head of the media and entertainment department at Omdia, revealed the latest data at the Madrid FED exhibition showing that global traditional television and online video revenues are expected to exceed $1 trillion by 2030. The data highlights significant structural shifts in the media and entertainment industry, with total revenue expected to increase from $775 billion in 2025 to $1.03 trillion in 2030, driven mainly by digital businesses, particularly advertising.
