Anthropic plans to invest 200 million dollars to establish a new private equity joint venture company.

Anthropic plans to collaborate with several large private equity companies to invest $200 million in establishing a new enterprise that will sell artificial intelligence tools to the latter's portfolio companies to continuously expand its business with enterprise clients. According to sources, private equity firms such as Atlantic Investment Group, The Blackstone Group, and Hellman & Friedman are in negotiations to support the project. The startup company is also raising $1 billion for the project. This new company will serve as a consulting arm of Anthropic, helping companies of all kinds understand how to integrate their AI tools into daily operations.
