On April 6th, data from the deep consulting research of CRIC Smart Cities Institute showed that in March, the "early spring" arrived as scheduled. The pace of new housing supply significantly increased, with the addition of approximately 4.88 million square meters of new residential supply in the key 50 cities nationwide, an increase of 19% compared to the previous month. Among them, first-tier cities saw an 85% increase, second-tier cities increased by 31%, while third and fourth-tier cities continued to shrink in terms of new supply, easing inventory pressure gradually. Looking at the performance of key cities in March, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Chengdu, 22 new projects were launched in Shanghai with a significant increase in visits and bookings; Beijing's transaction volume was second only to March last year; projects in Liwan and Tianhe districts of Guangzhou were selling well; Shenzhen saw a key post-holiday recovery phase. It is noteworthy that a project in Chengdu attracted over a thousand groups of customers to participate in the lottery, with the return of the "sunlight disk". Looking at the current performance of these cities, it seems that the "early spring" will continue in some cities.
