Citrini's research report is hot again, "War analyst" personally visited the Strait of Hormuz for investigation.
On April 6, the New York-based independent thematic investment research firm Citrini Research released a research report titled "Citrini Expedition Team No. 3 Analyst Report on the Strait of Hormuz," which quickly became popular in the financial circle. In the report, the "Number 3 Analyst" revealed many little-known first-hand observations about Iran's operation of setting up a "toll station" in the strait through personal experiences, eyewitness accounts, and firsthand information. The report also presented some conclusions that are completely different from market intuition, such as: regardless of how the situation develops, the shipping volume in the strait will gradually increase; Iran does not want to close the Strait of Hormuz. The report outlined four core viewpoints: first, the shipping volume in the strait will continue to increase. Second, the diplomatic-style "toll station" surprisingly maintains a very orderly passage order in the strait. Third, the escalation of contradictions, even if ground actions are taken, the shipping volume in the strait may still continue to increase. Fourth, restructuring of the situation, rather than a simple win-lose confrontation. This conflict is not simply a "confrontation between two sides," but a multi-party game. In February of this year, Citrini Research's "Global Intelligence Crisis in 2028" AI "thought experiment" report caused severe volatility in the US stock market, leading to a significant decline in software stocks.
