On April 7th, financial solutions company Broadridge Financial Solutions announced today that it will expand its proxy voting and disclosure platform to cover tokenized securities. Relevant data will be recorded on the Avalanche L1 blockchain and synchronized with other blockchains. Issuers will be able to view voting results for both traditional securities and digital securities in a single control panel. Proxy voting is the first supported company action, with support for other actions to follow.
