S&P Oil & Gas ETF Harvest: Risk Warning of Premium and Temporary Suspension of Trading on April 7th

Standard & Poor's Oil & Gas ETF Jiashi announced that recently, the secondary market trading price of the fund was significantly higher than the net asset value of the fund shares, resulting in a large premium. To protect the interests of fund shareholders, the fund will be suspended from trading from the market opening on April 7, 2026, until 10:30, then resume trading. Redemption services will be processed as usual during the suspension. If the premium does not decrease effectively on the same day, the fund reserves the right to take further suspension measures. Currently, the fund is operating normally and there is no undisclosed material information that needs to be disclosed.
