It mentions strengthening regular supervision, enhancing pre-normative guidance through comprehensive use of compliance cases, risk alerts, and business guidelines. It also emphasizes the need to improve the regulation of live streaming marketing and develop guidelines for compliant development of live e-commerce. Improving the qualification and quality supervision of online sales products, increasing the proportion of product inspections, and strengthening the enforcement of laws against monopolistic agreements and abuse of market dominance in the e-commerce sector. It also calls for the establishment of a national e-commerce industry organization to promote self-discipline within the industry. Furthermore, it stresses the need to strengthen party building in the live e-commerce sector and ensure that national e-commerce demonstration bases and live e-commerce enterprises' party organizations cover, play the exemplary role of party members, and promote honest operation and standardized development of e-commerce enterprises.
