The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran released a statement on the 5th, stating that the IRGC navy and aerospace forces jointly launched the 96th wave of "True Promise-4" operation in the early hours of the 5th. The statement pointed out that the Revolutionary Guard Corps launched a fierce attack on the Haifa refinery, which provides fuel for Israeli fighter jets, resulting in the destruction of its core parts; missile attacks were carried out on the ExxonMobil and Chevron natural gas facilities in Habshan, UAE, as well as the petrochemical plant in Ruwais, UAE. In addition, multiple petrochemical facilities in Sitra, Bahrain and Shuwaikh, Kuwait were also targeted by drones and missiles, causing the complete cessation of operations and massive fires. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps emphasized that the enemy, having suffered consecutive defeats on all fronts, has resorted to attacking non-military targets. This strike is just an initial response, aimed at warning that any violation of Iran's non-military infrastructure will face double retaliation. The statement also warned that if the enemy continues to attack non-military targets, the second phase of action will be more severe, and American taxpayers will have to pay the price for it.
