The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran issued a statement on the 5th stating that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy and Aerospace Force jointly launched the "True Promise-4" operation in the early hours of the 5th, marking the 96th wave of attacks. The statement pointed out that the Revolutionary Guard launched a fierce attack on the Haifa refinery that provides fuel for Israeli warplanes, resulting in the destruction of its core parts; missiles were used to attack the natural gas facilities of American ExxonMobil and Chevron in Habshan, UAE, and the petrochemical plant in Ruwais, UAE. Additionally, multiple petrochemical facilities in Sitra, Bahrain, and Shuaiba, Kuwait, were also hit by drones and missiles, causing the facilities to completely shut down and triggering large-scale fires.
