The national urban joint recruitment of college graduates spring special event will be launched in 2026.

According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National City Joint Recruitment for College Graduates Spring Special Event in 2026 was launched in Yinchuan, Ningxia. Public employment and talent service agencies, human resources service agencies, and industry associations from various regions will focus on the 2026 graduates and previous graduates who have not found employment, to carry out online and offline recruitment activities. Online recruitment will be held on the China National Talent Network, featuring hot positions, industry special events, regional special events, etc., while closely targeting local key industries and talent demands, organizing a series of city live job broadcasts. Offline recruitment will focus on digital economy, green economy, advanced manufacturing, international trade, and other sectors, launching industry-specific special events; to serve the national regional development strategy, organizing regional special events in the western regions and Xiong'an New Area; combining with future industry layout, holding high-level talent special recruitment events; targeting cities with concentrated universities, a large number of graduates, and heavy employment tasks in the central-western and northeastern regions, organizing comprehensive or industry-specific cross-regional recruitment tours. During the event, employment and entrepreneurship guidance experts will be organized to visit campuses, businesses, and industrial parks, conducting employment and entrepreneurship policy propaganda, job consultation, and career guidance; organizing graduates to visit companies, grassroots units, industrial parks for job observation and experience, etc. It is reported that the event will last until the end of May.
