Xiaomi Legal Department: Successfully helped 66 car owners file cases in court, and obtained the first successful civil litigation judgment.

On April 3rd, the legal department of Xiaomi Group issued a statement, stating that since the special assistance information collection for Xiaomi car owners who were victims of cyber attacks was released on September 26, 2025, a total of 20,513 people have participated as of April 3 this year, with 2,352 people providing relevant evidence. Currently, 66 car owners have successfully filed lawsuits with the help of this initiative, and related rights protection work is still ongoing. Additionally, on April 2nd, the first successful judgment was obtained in a civil lawsuit case. The court ordered the defendant to delete the infringing remarks, publicly issue an apology statement and maintain it for no less than 10 days, compensate the car owner 3000 yuan, and bear the litigation costs of this case.
