Gao Le Co., Ltd. announced on April 3 that it plans to issue no more than 133 million A shares to Beijing Leman Xingtuke Technology Partnership Enterprise, raising a total amount of no more than 854 million yuan. The net proceeds from the issuance, after deducting issuance expenses, will be used entirely to supplement working capital.
