Hainan issues the first certificate of real estate registration for the mortgage of mining rights.

Recently, the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Ding'an County, Hainan Province, processed the mortgage registration of mineral rights under the name of Ding'an Fudong Industrial Co., Ltd., and issued the first mineral rights mortgage real estate registration certificate in the province to the mortgagee Hainan Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., Ding'an Branch. This marks the formal implementation of mineral rights mortgage registration business in Hainan Province, which is a practical breakthrough in implementing the newly revised "Mineral Resources Law of the People's Republic of China" and a key step towards resolving the financing bottleneck of mining enterprises and activating the value of mineral resources.
