Notice from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and ten other departments on the issuance of "Ethical Review and Service Measures for Artificial Intelligence Technology". It is proposed that artificial intelligence technology activities in areas such as deep synthesis, algorithm recommendation, and management of generative artificial intelligence services will be subject to registration, filing, administrative approval, and other regulatory measures, and those that meet the requirements of scientific and technological ethics as approval conditions and regulatory content may no longer undergo expert review.
