Jiang Bing appointed as the Secretary of the Dandong City Committee of Liaoning Province.

According to Liaoning Province's organization website, the Liaoning Provincial Committee has decided that Comrade Jiang Bing will serve as the Secretary of the Communist Party of China DanDong Municipal Committee.
