Xiamen Airport Announcement: The company has recently completed the delivery procedures for the purchase of 100% equity of Xiamen Zhaoxiang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. This transaction was conducted in cash. Xiangye Group, the controlling shareholder of the company, transferred 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhaoxiang Technology to Xiamen Airport. This transaction has been approved by the Xiamen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and has been evaluated and approved. The company held an extraordinary shareholders' meeting on March 9, 2026, and approved the relevant resolutions. Zhaoxiang Technology has now completed the industrial and commercial change registration, obtained a new business license, and become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiamen Airport.
