Shoukai Holdings announced on April 3 that the company's board of directors has received a written resignation report from Tu Chuwen. Tu Chuwen has applied to resign from the position of director of the company due to personal reasons. After resigning, Tu Chuwen will no longer hold any position in the company. The resignation report will take effect upon delivery to the company's board of directors.
