On April 3rd, Qianjiang Bio announced that the Chairman of the company, Zhu Yangang, has applied to resign from the positions of director, chairman, and general manager of the company due to organizational arrangements for work changes, and will no longer hold any positions in the company. The resignation will take effect from the date the resignation report is submitted to the board of directors. The board of directors elected Vice Chairman Shen Yanming as the temporary representative director to handle the company's affairs and exercise the powers of the chairman of the board until a new chairman is elected.
