Eastern Airlines: Adjusting domestic route fuel surcharge collection standards from April 5th.

China Eastern Airlines Co., Ltd. announced on April 3 that starting from April 5, 2026, the airline will adjust the fuel surcharge for domestic passengers on its routes. For flights under 800 kilometers, each passenger will be charged 60 Chinese yuan, and for flights over 800 kilometers, each passenger will be charged 120 Chinese yuan. Prior to this, many airlines such as Air China, Xiamen Airlines, and China United Airlines also announced adjustments to the fuel surcharge for domestic passengers on their routes.
