Kimi plans to grant stock options to top talents of the 27th edition one year in advance.
The dark side of the moon is about to launch a new top talent recruitment plan, intending to grant company options to interns who have not yet graduated. This top talent recruitment plan, called the "Crossing Plan," is targeted at the 2027 graduating class, with an initial quota of 16 people. After interns undergo a 3 to 6-month assessment at the dark side of the moon, selected candidates will be directly granted stock options, even if they have not officially graduated. The plan does not limit the type of positions, in fact, there are almost no strict conditions, including major, degree, and experience.
