Gao Xiang steps down as Chairman of BMW China Company.

Tianyancha's business information shows that recently, BMW China's affiliated company BMW Automobile Trading Co., Ltd. underwent business changes. Gao Xiang resigned from the position of legal representative, chairman, and manager, and was succeeded by Ke Ruichen. BMW Automobile Trading Co., Ltd. was established in September 2005 with a registered capital of 25 million euros. Its business scope includes being the general distributor of imported BMW Group BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce vehicles in China. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by BMW Investment Co., Ltd.
