On April 2, Fitch Ratings revoked the long-term foreign and local currency issuer default ratings of Xi'an Municipal Infrastructure Construction Investment Group Corporation, Ltd. (referred to as "Xi'an Chengtou Group") headquartered in China. The rating was "BBB+" with a stable outlook.
