The concept of computing power leasing has shown partial abnormal fluctuations, with computing power scheduling leading the way. Shares of Soterchi and Zhizhen Technology have hit the limit up, while shares of Eastern Communication, Halo New Network, Zhongbei Communication, and Youkude have followed suit. On the news front, on April 2nd, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice about launching a special action to empower small and medium-sized enterprises with inclusive computing power. Among them, the inclusive supply of computing power services is the focus of this special action. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has explicitly proposed for the first time to explore innovative businesses such as "computing power banks" and "computing power supermarkets," to support small and medium-sized enterprises in depositing idle computing power resources and achieving flexible use through cross-regional and cross-period scheduling.
