Net profit was 54.3819 million yuan, compared to a loss of 34.84 million yuan in the same period last year. The seventh meeting of the fifth board of directors of the company reviewed the profit distribution proposal for 2025, intending to distribute a cash dividend of 2.5 yuan per 10 shares to all shareholders and to issue 4 shares for every 10 shares from the capital reserve to all shareholders.
