Guotai Junan Securities has obtained approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission to issue perpetual subordinated bonds with a total amount not exceeding 35 billion RMB. The company has also obtained approval to issue technology innovation corporate bonds with a total amount not exceeding 15 billion RMB.
