Currently, there is a widespread occurrence of infringement behaviors such as AI face swapping, voice cloning, manipulation of film and television materials, unauthorized use of actors' images and audio for AI model training, which severely violate the legitimate rights and interests of performing professionals and disrupt the normal order of the audiovisual industry. In order to regulate the development of the industry, strictly adhere to legal boundaries, and strengthen the protection of rights, the Actors Committee of the China Radio and Television Societies Organization hereby issues a solemn declaration.
