As of March 31, 2026, a total of 10.104 billion yuan of China Southern Airlines convertible bonds have been converted into company A shares, with a total of 1.619 billion shares converted, accounting for approximately 10.56% of the total issued shares before the conversion; the remaining unconverted China Southern Airlines convertible bonds amount to 5.896 billion yuan, accounting for approximately 36.85% of the total issuance. From January to March 2026, the cumulative conversion amount of China Southern Airlines convertible bonds was 272,000 yuan, with a total of 44,083 shares converted. The total share capital of the company increased from 1.812 billion shares to 1.812 billion shares.
