The General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has issued a notice on launching a special action to empower small and medium-sized enterprises with inclusive computing power, which includes expanding international talent exchange and cooperation. It calls for leveraging the role of platforms such as the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Big Data Cooperation Center, the China-BRICS Countries Artificial Intelligence Development and Cooperation Center, and the China-ASEAN Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Center to promote joint talent training, build training bases, and facilitate international talent exchange and mutual learning between small and medium-sized enterprises, overseas enterprises, universities, and research institutions in the field of computing power.
