Aurigen announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Hubei Sales and Wuhan Packaging, have respectively signed loan contracts with Xianning Branch of Bank of Communications, with loan amounts of 140 million yuan and 30 million yuan, and credit periods from March 12, 2025 to March 12, 2027. The company provides maximum guarantee for all credit business contracts between the two parties during the above-mentioned credit period, with joint liability guarantee. As of March 31, 2026, the total guaranteed balance of the company and its subsidiaries is 8.617 billion yuan.
