Analysts at Dahua Bank stated in a report that they expect Brent crude oil prices to remain around $100 per barrel in the near term, and then gradually decline. The situation in the Middle East is still highly uncertain and volatile, despite US President Trump expressing his desire to end the war within two to three weeks. The main concern is that the Strait of Hormuz is still blocked, and various energy infrastructure in the region is being attacked and destroyed. Dahua Bank maintains its forecast that Brent crude oil prices will be $110 per barrel in the second quarter, $100 per barrel in the third quarter, and $90 per barrel in the fourth quarter and the first quarter of 2027. Brent crude oil futures rose 7.0% in recent months to $108.23 per barrel.
