Bright Dairy: XinLei completes the sale of assets in the North Island of New Zealand.

Bright Dairy announced that on September 28, 2025, the company agreed to sell its assets located on the North Island of New Zealand to New Zealand Nestle for $170 million through its subsidiary New Light. Recently, the North Island asset sale project has been completed and New Light has received the delivery payment.
