After investigation, Liu Huijie has lost his ideal beliefs, betrayed his original mission, resisted organizational review, and engaged in superstitious activities; he has ignored the spirit of the central eight-point regulations, repeatedly accepted gifts and cash in violation of regulations, provided banquets that may affect the fair execution of official duties, and illegally given gifts; he has a weak sense of integrity, repeatedly used his official influence to seek benefits for others and accepted money and property from others; he has a greedy desire, using the convenience of his position and the favorable conditions created by his authority or status to seek benefits for others in the contracting of projects, employment of workers, etc., and illegally accepted huge amounts of money.
