Hengtong Optoelectronics announced that on April 1st, the controlling shareholder Hengtong Group released 4.5 million pledged shares, accounting for 0.76% of its holdings and 0.18% of the total share capital; the actual controller Cui Genliang released 15 million pledged shares, accounting for 15.74% of his holdings and 0.61% of the total share capital. After the release of the pledges, Hengtong Group has a total of 35.865 million shares pledged, accounting for 60.40% of its holdings and 14.54% of the total share capital; Cui Genliang has no shares pledged. Some of the pledged shares of Hengtong Group will mature in the next six months to one year, and it has the ability to repay the funds, so the pledge will not have any impact on the company.
